How to Book Thai Hotels Print E-mail

    It's very easy to book a hotel room in any city of Thailand, nationwide. 1. Select your destination or area that you want to stay from SELECT HOTELS, drop down menu above. The lists of hotels will show up with price. Special hotel promotion will be shown, too. 2. The list can be SORTED BY HOTEL NAME, PRICE, LOCATION . Change it by push the image sort

    3. Click Hotel Names to see more details, pictures. Hotel Reviews are wrote by real hotel guests.

    4. Click Enquiry & Reservation or click book online,/b>from room types page. And completely fill the form in English and click send. Don't forget to put your name, email and telephone number correctly.

    5. Our staffs will reply to your email. Please confirm booking by payment in 1-2 days.

    What you can expect from booking hotels here :

  • After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detail offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.

  • Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.

  • If room is available and you wish to confirm, you might be ask to secure the booking by a deposit within 3 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.

  • The deposit is usually between 10-30%. The balance to be paid either direct at the hotel or 2 weeks before arrival. This depends on seasonal policies by the hotels and all these details you will receive in our email response.

  • For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt. In case a balance payment is requested 2 weeks before arrival, you will also receive an exchange voucher to be shown when check-in.

  • For pick-up service request, please re-confirm flight details before arriving.
    Never
    send credit card details by email or from unsecured websites !
    Either use our secure online payment page or send credit card details by Fax.

  • If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email
    or Fax. Deposits are usually non-refundable unless other notice.

  • After your enquiry arrive, we send an automatic email to your email address to make sure that your email is correct.

  • If you don't get this auto-responder within a day, please contact us. If you have problems in sending this form, PRINT & FAX this form to our Reservation centre 66-2255-3109

How do I know that reservation I made is confirmed?
When you have completed filled all information of the reservation process, an instant on-screen confirmation will appear. It will show your reservation details as well as your booking number.
We advise you to print it out. Within a couple of hours, you will receive a confirmation email containing more information such as the hotel’s contact details.


I had booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?

The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is incorrect email address. please double check your email address before finalising your reservation. We also have noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may send in your spam folder. If you didn’t receive your confirmation email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to or Call Reservation centre +66-7741-8528


Cancellation the Reservation?

If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. Deposits are usually non-refundable unless other notice.

Why does R24.org need my credit card details?

In general your credit card details are only required for payment or deposit for hotel in case you do not arrive or cancel too late. This might result in a no-show charge. You will pay for your stay and confirmation.


What types of credit card can I use to make payment and deposit the reservation?

MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted


I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room?

Unfortunately all hotels require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. We are not able to process any reservation without a credit card.

For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt. In case a balance payment is requested 2 weeks before arrival, you will also receive an exchange voucher to be shown when check-in.
